Requirements:

It is a requirement to read the following information carefully and to make the proper and responsible preparations.

Required Gear: 1 to 2 litres of water, hiking boots or hiking footwear, hat, a synthetic layering clothing system including rain gear and insulating layers, medications.

Strongly Recommended Gear: Personal first aid kit, bear spray.

Optional Gear: Communications devices (there will be no cell phone coverage at this location), lunch/snack, map of the trail

As per our new policy, a waiver form must be signed at trailhead. You must sign it before you are allowed to participate in this event. Please read the waiver and associated policies in advance (listed below).

Disclaimers:

You are fully aware that the hike organizer is not a professional guide, does not have first aid certification, and will not carry a communications device beyond a cell phone (there is likely no cell phone coverage at this location).

You are fully prepared with proper gear and you’re physically fit to do this hike with the group.
